Zinc Powder
Introduction
Zinc powder is a gray metal powder with a regular spherical crystal structure, a density of 7.14g/cm3 , a melting point of 419°C, and a boiling point of 907°C; it is insoluble in water, soluble in acids, alkalis, and ammonia, with strong reduction properties; It is stable in dry air, easy to agglomerate in humid air, and generate basic zinc carbonate to cover the surface of particles.

Advantages
Zinc powder products of our company are produced through a uniquely designed metallurgical furnace using domestic advanced distillation process technology and have the following features:
- The purity is high and oxidation is minimal.
- The content of harmful substances (especially lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, iron) is low, the activity of zinc powder is high, the corrosion resistance is good, and it is more environmentally friendly.
- The particles are in regular spherical shape, the surface of the spherulites is smooth and tidy, and there are very few particles with irregular shapes and adhesion into grape-like and platform-like shapes.
Package
- The conventional packaging of this product is a sealed iron drum or woven bag, lined with a plastic film inner bag, and the net weight of each drum (bag) is 50Kg.
- It can also be packaged in flexible container bags, and the unit packaging is 500Kg/bag or 1000Kg/bag.
- It can also be packaged in a specific form according to customer requirements.
Storage
- This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, acid-free, alkali-free, and non-flammable environment.During storage and transportation, it should be protected from moisture, rain and open flames to avoid damage of the outer packaging.
- This product should be used as far as possible within three months from the date of production, and unused products must be re-sealed after opening.
