Introduction
Waterproof and moisture-proof nano-coating is a colorless, transparent, ultra-thin, quick-drying nano-coating. It is a non-toxic, non-flammable, low-odor, moisture-proof, moisture-proof and salt-resistant corrosion-resistant new liquid nanomaterial. It can be treated by simple dipping, spraying and other processes. After drying at room temperature or baking quickly, it can form a layer of nanometer-thick waterproof, moisture-proof, insulating and salt-resistant coating on the surface of electronic PCB circuit board and various components.

Application
This product forms high-performance moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and insulation protection for electronic components and precision instruments. It is mainly used in smart phone printed circuit boards (main boards), tablet flexible circuit boards (FPC), Bluetooth sports headphones, audio, sports DV and LED lighting anti-vulcanization

Usage and precautions
- Use method: soaking, brushing, smearing.
- Before coating, the coated product should be cleaned. When the nano-coating is not used after opening, the cap should be tightened in time.
- In mobile phone applications, selective coating is required. If spraying, connectors, acoustic parts, appearance parts, bonding parts, waterproof labels, etc. need to be shielded to avoid the possibility of probabilistic failure and affect its function; TP , LCM and other edges are not recommended to use brush treatment, so as not to affect the display effect, spray treatment can be used.
- The fixture used should be cleaned regularly with solvent and ultrasonic to avoid affecting the accuracy of the fixture.
- Since the coating is not scratch-resistant and has low adhesion, the coating can be completely removed by scraping off with a soft plastic sheet (without damaging the substrate) or by ultrasonic soaking with a fluorinated solvent.
- Large-area circuit boards should be sprayed with a spray gun. It is recommended that the spray gun type be low-pressure and high-atomization type. The diameter of the spray gun is 0.8-1.0 mm. It is recommended to use Nordson EFD micro-spray valve 781 or 787, and injection valve LV-100.
